Grapevine Report - August 2001

Districts 13, 18 and 22 were represented at the August Standing Committee Meeting. We have decided as a committee to get together October 7 at my house to begin assembling a Grapevine history display. We will be displaying and selling Grapevines and Grapevine related items at the Hiawathaland Roundup October 19-21, at the next Area Assembly in Winona October 27, and will be participating in the District 26 Fall Workshop October 5-6.

Grapevine subscriptions worldwide were down 486 from July at 109,100, with Minnesota losing 19 subscriptions--currently there are 2,930 Grapevine subscriptions in Minnesota. La Vina's numbers are rising currently 66 subscriptions in Minnesota (up 21 from last issue!) and 7,930 worldwide (up 791).

I have had the pleasure of visiting districts 8 and 22 recently. I will visit District 1 on October 17. See you all at the fall assembly.
