A name was spelled wrong. Correction: the Finance Committee at the Area level is adding most recent past two Delegates for reimbursement, not most recent two in attendance. Patty asked for a volunteer to present on Concept IV next month, Lois P. is willing to.

Contributions were 177.50.
Expenses were 502.90 which is part of the reimbursement to Patty for Bemidji Conference.
Checkbook balance is 576.47.
A suggestion was made to have Marlys write thank you letters to groups contributing to the District.
It was decided that it would be a nice touch to let the groups know where the District treasury is at.
Patty is keeping track of what her total expenses would be if we weren't sSplitting the costs with the Area because of Niles.
Request for projected expenses from Patty by the end of the year. Patty will do this.

WCRSC-Principals in Sponsorship! Will discuss General Service Conference Agenda Items.
Doug M. has two dates set up with Family Focus. Wednesday April 2nd, and Thursday April 3rd. Center Group will take Wednesday and the Third Tradition Group will take Thursday. Doug will be calling with reminders.
Rice County Sheriff's Office needs anyone wishing to give jail meetings to fill out an application so they can conduct a background check. This is not yet in effect but will be. Question of whether The groups should have to pay for the copies of the application or should the District pay? The general concensus was to let the groups decide if they wanted help from the District.
Corrections Workshop on March 29th.
Lamoyne was looking for someone in the District to give their experience with taking meetings to detox. It was suggested and decided on that maybe a few people could share their experience. Doug M. called Lamoyne to ask if this would be okay but did not connect with him.

Patty gave a few suggestions on how the GSR's could present these to their groups.

Also think about some plans you have for your committees for the year and we will discuss at the April meeting.

Corrections Workshop March 29th at the Faribault Alano.
Alternate DCM election tabled until April meeting.
Saturday the 22nd of April the Area Assembly in New Ulm. GSRs are asked to stay for whole day.
