  District 7 Composition

District 7 is comprised of approximately 30 groups in Southwest Hennepin County. This includes the cities of Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Edina and communities on the south shore of Lake Minnetonka (Deephaven, Excelsior, Minnetrista, Mound, Navarre, Shoreview, Spring Park, St. Bonifacius and Tonka Bay), and groups that choose to participate in District 7 regardless of their geographical location.

  Mission Statement

Our mission is "to carry the message to the still suffering alcoholic" by identifying service opportunities to the GSRs (General Service Representatives) and encourage discussion, participation and action by the individual groups within District 7. We also communicate the group conscience as expressed by the GSRs to Southern Minnesota Area 36 on matters affecting A.A. as a whole.
